Our strategic plan for 2020 – 2024 is now in place it was developed after consultation with our staff, residents, members and key stakeholders.

Our strategic plan is underpinned by our delivery plan which is continually updated to set out in detail the projects and services we will deliver to achieve our strategic ambitions. Our vision is that we will work collaboratively to enable people, shape place and develop prosperity across Lichfield District. We also offer a range of Apprenticeships. As an apprentice you will receive valuable and relevant work experience with the opportunity to study for a qualification. You can be of any age to apply for an apprenticeship.
